Fathom Consulting Group was founded in 2019 by Aria Varasteh. Aria is a hands-on management consultant with experience across industries, including education, healthcare, non-profit, automotive, and government. Adept at analyzing data and information to surface insights and make actionable recommendations, Aria is an emotionally intelligent and charismatic leader versed in a panoply of key performance indicators to compel cultural changes within organizations and has the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences. Aria has a MBA, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), is AWS-certified, and holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He presently leads delivery of data integration and innovation strategies for both public and private sector clients, changing attitudes toward data and move clients toward a long-term vision for a more refined data culture.

Diverse Supplier Status
Fathom Consulting Group is proud to announce our certification as a certified LGBT Business Enterprise (LGBTBE®) through the National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC), the national certification body for LGBT-owned businesses, and a non-profit advocacy group for LGBT supplier diversity. With this official certification, the NGLCC, its organizational allies, and official corporate partners now nationally recognize Fathom as a diverse supplier. Fathom is eligible to participate in the NGLCC’s corporate partners’ supplier diversity programs.
The Virginia Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity (SBSD) recognizes Fathom Consulting Group as both a Small Business and Micro Business in the SWaM program. The Small, Women-owned, and Minority-owned Business (SWaM) certification program is a state program of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The purpose is to enhance procurement opportunities for SWaM businesses participating in state-funded projects.
